I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist in London, England. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC/Registration number: PYL37448) and a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP/Registration number: 140807).
With over a decade of experience in various clinical settings within the NHS, I have worked with clients of all ages in the mental health field. My expertise lies in helping adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotion dysregulation, and trauma-related issues. Additionally, I have significant experience as a clinical supervisor, providing supervision to trainee and qualified therapists over the years.
My mission is to provide high quality psychological care based on evidence and research, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
My Approach to Therapy
I provide both online and in-person short and long-term therapy. My approach is customised to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve healing and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I also draw from Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor my methods to meet each client’s unique needs.
